Paid features across our services are billed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Price changes will be communicated to you in advance. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Taxes — prices shown may not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
We do not store your full card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their PCI DSS security standards.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments.
When you cancel a subscription, you retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date and you will not be charged again. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at the address in Section 12 and we will investigate promptly.
Some of our services use artificial intelligence and machine learning, including large language models provided by third parties. By using AI-powered features you acknowledge that:
Where a specific service processes sensitive data such as personal health information, additional disclosures are provided within that service at the point of use.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our services. By uploading content you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content and will not sell it to third parties. We may access your content only as necessary to operate the service, investigate reports of misuse, or comply with legal obligations.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you upload.
All software, designs, logos, trademarks, and content created by Neaj Inc. and featured on our services are the property of Neaj Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Where we publish open-source resources, the licence terms included with those resources govern their use. You may not use our brand names, logos, or trademarks without prior written permission.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for any data loss, and you are encouraged to maintain your own backups of any critical information.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neaj Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for the resolution of any disputes.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly. Many issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via email or in-product notification.
Your continued use of our services after the updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using our services.
